Emily Wunderle is an actor, singer, and mover based in New York and Vermont.

Ever thought of running away to the circus? At the age of two, Emily did — she waddled into the Circus Smirkus ring, diaper and all, to assist her dad in his audience participation act. The next year, she asked to be apart of the show, and her curiosity for the arts was sparked. For the first 15 summers of her life, Emily performed and traveled with the circus, alongside her parents and little sister, until she began experimenting outside of the circus world.

She first bridged over into theatre her Freshman year of high school when her parent’s encouraged her to audition. She had no previous training, but was cast as JoJo in Suessical the Musical and has been hooked ever since. Emily graduated from Rider University with a BFA in Musical theatre in May of 2023.

Off-stage, Emily can be found educating the next generation of aspiring artists, painting and crocheting, traveling (when the pennies add up), and always eating a pint of Ben and Jerry’s: Milk and Cookies ice cream.
